"SoldierEndingPlan.10101.2": "The fight has gone on too long.\n\nThe enemy absorbs strike after strike, mending the damage each time. The Archon's power swells with each clash, pushing your team to the brink of defeat. Now, the figure maintains that same elegant, unhurried grace, waiting for your challenge. But you and your companions have nothing left to give.\nYour best hits barely leave a mark. A crack spreads across the lowered face. Torn robes reveal clockwork joints. The truth hits you. This overwhelming enemy you chased and fought so hard to destroy is nothing but a puppet sent to greet the guests.\n\nThat realization offers no comfort. You thought you were closing in on the Archon. In reality, you couldn't even bypass the actors placed before the curtain. It seems all the intel gathered, the paths charted, and the prices paid still fall short of reaching the true depths of this Monolith.\n\nApplause rings out from above.\n\nYou look up. The figure stands pristine on the high balcony, offering a polite approval.\n\nBehind it, the massive shadow of the City of Perfection's master blots out the ground ahead. Master and loyal servant loom out of reach, studying your every move from on high.\n\n\"Your performance is commendable. But before seeking an audience with the master of the City of Perfection, guests must first learn perfection.\"\n\nThe Archon bows. The heavy doors respond, slowly sliding shut. Through the narrowing gap, you watch as the Archon looks up. The Archon's gaze bypasses the rest of the team and locks onto you.\n\nThe gap vanishes before you can react. The sealed doors reflect nothing but your blurred silhouette.\n\nA faint tremor underfoot breaks the trance. The team is already in the elevator. It starts its descent, carrying you and your hard-earned intel back outside. The Archon dismissed you. The crusade is over for now.\n\nSilence fills the air. Everyone stares at their own reflection in the metal. You play back the sight of that bowing figure and the final look the Archon gave you before the doors met. It was a promise.\n\nYou will meet again.",

"SoldierEndingPlan.10102.2": "You've lost count of how many times you've walked this hall and entered this room.\n\nThe battle scars are still here. If you look hard enough, you can find your own trail markers. But the furniture sits slightly off from your memory. After this many loops, you can't tell if you're retreading old ground or walking into a brand-new trap built to look familiar.\n\nYou keep chasing leads through this Monolith, cutting down everything in your path. A dozen times now you thought you had the Archon cornered, only to fight your way there and find another elaborate decoy.\n\nYou stop walking. It feels like you've stepped into a shadow with no edges. The walls, the halls, even your companions seem miles away. The tangled clues in your head scream at you to push forward, but exhaustion nails your feet to the floor.\nA massive shadow sweeps over you.\n\nYou look up, straining to make out the shape in the dark. You can't tell if it's the Archon or just something the Archon intends for you to chase. Frustration boils over. You want to throw caution away, tear straight to the Archon, and wipe the smirk off that face.\n\nSomeone grabs your arm. A familiar voice yanks you back to reality. You blink, finally remembering your team just took a beating in the last fight. They huddle around you. Some are patching wounds. Others lean against the stone to stay upright or slump on the floor, too drained to even ask for orders.\n\nThe team has given their all. You can't afford to see what kind of welcome party awaits behind the next door. You stare at the sealed entrance, then give the order to fall back.\n\nYou follow your markers out. This time, the trick paths that kept leading you astray are gone. Maybe your intel finally paid off. Or maybe the Archon got bored and called off the game.\n\nStanding at the Monolith's exit, that chilling silhouette flashes through your head again."
